Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
Upgrade operating systems and software.
Troubleshoot networking and connection issues.
Provide advice on software and hardware upgrades.
Support daily technical activities for desktop, data, and server management.
Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting and maintain documentation tickets.
Collaborate with functional departments to maintain technical documentation.
Perform system changes in line with organizational policies.
Deploy application builds on client infrastructure and cloud environments.
Work with databases and IIS (basic knowledge required).
