Amazon is hiring for the role of Transportation Specialist in Central Operations (NOC), based in Maharashtra, India. This full-time position is part of the Network Operations Center, which supports transportation execution across Amazon’s global supply chain—including North America, India, and Europe.
The Central Operations team manages route planning, scheduling, and payments for last-mile stations in LATAM and AMET regions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a passion for solving complex logistics challenges.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer escalations and analyze historical data.
Initiate programs and propose process improvements.

Review and update SOPs, assist in training and audits.
Manage shift execution and ensure SLA compliance.

🎓 Qualifications Basic:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
Experience with Excel.
