Personal Interview (PI): 100 marks (Minimum qualifying: 50%; 45% for reserved categories)

Final Score Formula: 75% OT + 25% PI

Salary & Career Growth:

Basic Pay: ₹48,480/month

Pay Scale: ₹48480–85920 over 17 years
