Wipro Ltd has announced its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) for 2024 & 2025 graduates, offering BCA and B.Sc students a chance to pursue M.Tech from a premier institution while working full-time at Wipro.

💰 CTC: INR 15,488 per month (with yearly increments + joining bonus)
Compensation Details
1st Year: ₹15,000 + 488 (ESI)
2nd Year: ₹17,000 + 553 (ESI)
3rd Year: ₹19,000 + 618 (ESI)
4th Year: ₹23,000
Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (paid with 1st month stipend)
Eligibility Criteria Education:
BCA / B.Sc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
Academics: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
Other Rules:
Core Mathematics mandatory in graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
Max 3 years gap allowed between 10th and graduation start
No gaps allowed during graduation (must finish in 3 years)
Indian citizens, PIO/OCI holders eligible; Bhutan/Nepal nationals must submit citizenship proof

Quantitative (20 Qs, 20 mins)
Written Ability (20 mins)
Voice Assessment (20 mins)
Business Discussion Round
Candidates clearing all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training and final offer letters.
Service Agreement Duration: 60 months
Bond: ₹75,000 (pro-rata basis if leaving early)

Fraudulent practices (impersonation, illegal documents, malpractice) will result in immediate disqualification.
