Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and standardize data for machine learning models.
Grade and evaluate candidate responses (video, audio, written) using standardized guidelines.
Create evaluation frameworks and candidate prompts.
Plan and track data collection for evaluation.
Script and maintain data pipelines.
Run analytics to ensure reliability and validity of evaluation grades.
Support marketing campaigns for sample collection.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑starter with high ownership and team spirit.
Ability to focus independently on detailed tasks.
Meticulous and detail‑oriented.
Strong technical skills in databases and SQL.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python).
