This full-time position falls under Valuations & Appraisals and offers a unique opportunity to work within the Global Service Centre (GSC), focusing on commercial real estate market research and data analytics.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Collect and organize commercial real estate data.
Verify records using multiple data sources.
Ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in datasets.
Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable reports.
Maintain knowledge of CRE markets and contribute to internal data systems.
🎯 Position Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, or Economics.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Basic financial modeling skills (Excel, Argus).
Ability to interpret leases and understand budgeting, rent roll, recoveries.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
