As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with advisors to define solution designs, develop high-performing code, ensure quality and security, lead code reviews, and mentor junior developers. You’ll play a key role in supporting leadership and vendor teams while maintaining FedEx’s high standards of innovation and service.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with advisors to define solution designs and guide application architecture.
Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performing code and microservices.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Drive code reviews and enforce best development practices.
Manage priorities and provide updates to leadership.
Act as demo content owner and facilitate cross-team communication.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transfer.
Education & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related discipline.
