 Develop OTBI Reports, BI dashboards, and HCM Extracts for Oracle Learn and Recruiting Cloud.

Monitor and troubleshoot learning assignments and access groups.

Resolve technical issues and support system enhancements.

Collaborate with HR operations, product teams, and engineering.

Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and features.

🎓 Qualifications 

4+ years of experience in Oracle Learn module development.

Expertise in Fast Formula, OTBI, BI reports, dashboards, and HCM Extracts.

Strong understanding of HR data models and business processes.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
