📌 Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate staffing reporting for BCN Finance.
Manage staffing processes, databases, and dashboards.
Prepare and reconcile timesheet data.
Summarize data using MS Excel and automated tools.
Support staffing and billing queries.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Graduate (2026 batch preferred).
Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle complex data.
Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.
