Job Overview:
As an Associate Systems Engineer, you’ll join the Global SaaS Operations – Administration & Maintenance team, reporting to the Team Lead. You’ll ensure high availability, security, and operational stability for Azure‑hosted SaaS platforms while collaborating with engineering and platform teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Azure Infrastructure Management — Support compute, networking, storage, and security under governance standards.
Kubernetes Operations — Manage containerized workloads and troubleshoot cluster issues.
Database Administration — Assist with Oracle and Cassandra database management.
CI/CD Deployment Support — Participate in deployment activities and maintenance windows.
Troubleshooting & Monitoring — Resolve infrastructure and application issues, escalating when necessary.
Documentation & Collaboration — Maintain runbooks and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud operations, or SaaS support.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Familiarity with Oracle, Cassandra, and Java‑based applications.
Experience in 24/7 production support and strong analytical skills.
