The case for having more women in an organization has widely been established. Among other things, it helps drive performance and innovation. In addition, women who have been previously employed represent a motivated talent pool that can be brought up to speed comfortably.
Hence, Rebegin! It is a special initiative which focuses on women with a career gap who want to get back to work. All they need is at least two years of unbroken work experience.
