Role Overview
As a Trainee Technician – Premium Processing, you will support the day-to-day activities of the PP team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insurance premium processing services. You’ll play a key role in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics (KPIs), while gaining valuable industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and on time.
Collaborate with senior technicians when challenges arise.
Participate in feedback sessions and personal development programs.
Adhere to compliance, policy, and audit requirements.
Successfully complete training and assessments assigned by Compliance and Training departments.
Skills & Experience Must-Have:
Degree qualification
Awareness of insurance and its role in business
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning
Preferred:
Experience in financial services (insurance industry is a plus)
Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments
