About the Role
The Analyst will be part of the Analytics, Investment & Marketing Enablement (AIM) team within Global Commercial Services (GCS) Marketing. This team is the analytical powerhouse driving acquisition, personalization, engagement, and distribution efficiency across marketing channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and deploying machine learning models for targeting and personalization.
Developing GenAI-powered tools such as conversational analytics and automated insights.
