Apple is inviting applications for the role of Software Engineer (Framework) in its AI & Data Platforms team based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) .
🌟 About the Role As part of Apple’s Information Systems and Technology group, you’ll contribute to building innovative frameworks and tools that power Apple’s global data platforms. From data processing and observability to model hubs and visualization, this role is central to enabling Apple’s employees and customers worldwide.
You’ll design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications while customizing open-source solutions to meet Apple’s unique needs.
✅ Minimum Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Scala
Expertise in microservices architecture and REST APIs
Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
Experience deploying cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/others)
Familiarity with DevOps tools, containers, and Kubernetes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
🔑 Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of LLM serving & inference frameworks
Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex for RAG applications
Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hive, Trino)
Exposure to React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
