Wiley is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Inclusive Access team, supporting data operations, CRM management, and sales enablement. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong Excel skills and a passion for data accuracy and process improvement.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and validate institutional, course, and CRM data
Research academic information to update Salesforce opportunities
Support sales/account teams with adoption and opportunity reports
Drive lead conversion and campaign reporting
Assist with WileyPLUS and Knewton license management
Recommend automation and operational improvements
🎯 Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Strong Excel proficiency and data validation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and collaboration
Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI (a plus)
