About the NATS Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a flagship initiative by the Government of India under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Volvo Group offers graduates a 1-year On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity to bridge the gap between academics and professional work environments.
