Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures.
Prepare test cases, execute manual/automated tests.
Analyze and resolve service tickets.
Demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
Innovate and experiment in projects.
Key Responsibilities (Multicloud Services):
Administer computing environments and monitor production servers.
Handle incident management across Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud.
Adhere to compliance and security requirements.
Contribute to continuous service improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities (Digital Workplace Services):
Provide first-line technical support to clients.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Collaborate with IT teams for complex issues.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria Education:
3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, Bvoc, BMS, etc.)
Batch: 2024 or 2025 graduates
Academics: Minimum 50%–60% (depending on stream) with no arrears
Nationality: Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24×7 shifts and relocate across India
