Role Overview
As part of the Service Desk team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth IT operations and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Service Desk Support: Handle IT queries and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
Ticket Management: Log, track, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Collaboration: Escalate complex cases to internal IT teams.
Knowledge Base: Build resources for faster resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduating in 2025 or 2026 from any 3-year UG degree (BCom, BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, etc.).
Minimum 50% aggregate in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off).
No standing arrears at the time of joining.
Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location.
Open to Indian nationals/OCIs residing in India.
