Account Acquisition & Management: Identify and onboard new retail stores, manage channel partners, and drive growth.
Field Operations: Conduct regular store visits, deliver training, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Reporting & Analysis: Publish performance reports, recommend action plans, and monitor network health.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a multi-layer team, manage targets, and resolve escalations.
Customer Experience: Improve operational efficiency and ensure great delivery experiences.
