The Workday Support Team spans the US and India, managing HR and Finance processes, resolving production issues, and delivering configuration, integrations, reporting, and release management across Workday HCM and Finance modules.
🔹 Role Responsibilities
Support and resolve Workday-related issues
Guide business teams on Workday functionality
Build solutions using Workday Integration and Extend
Create reports and documentation (SOPs, knowledge articles)
🔹 Qualifications Education: B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science or Information Technology
Skills: Workday Integration, Workday Extend, Java
Experience: Fresher or 0-1 year in Workday platform
