🛠 Responsibilities
Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs
Work as per client shift timings (including night shifts)
Follow governance mechanisms established with the client
Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
💡 Technical & Professional Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts (24×7)
Adaptability to changes in work methods or systems
Mortgage knowledge is an added advantage
Knowledge of Banking / Mortgage / Insurance domains is a plus
Must have completed 15 years of formal education
Graduation passout years eligible: 2022 to 2025
Note: Postgraduates (passed or pursuing) are not eligible
